Media boss shot dead in Nepal

Nepali media entrepreneur, Jamim Shah, has been shot dead in the heart of the country’s capital, Kathmandu.
Two masked gunmen on a motorcycle opened fire at the chairman of Channel Nepal Pvt Ltd in the busy street of Lajimpat on Sunday (February 7) while he was heading towards home in Panipokhari.
Shah, who had sustained injuries in his head and chest, was rushed to Tribhuwan University Teaching Hospital in Maharajgunj where he was declared dead at 3:45 pm.
